Personal branding is a revolution in career management, but it’s no longer just for career minded individuals. In today’s competitive marketplace, it’s a concept that it being embraced by forward-thinking companies (like Pepsi, Cap Gemini, Microsoft, Ogilvy, Warner Bros, JP Morgan, Electronic Arts (EA) and Disney) who understand that their human capital is their greatest asset.

With the lean workforce of today, all employees need to be performing at the top of their game. Personal branding gives them the tools to do that by helping them unearth their unique value and develop a plan to maximize that value in all that they do.
